Thanks for reporting. I got the same error message when attempting to install this package on Ubuntu Natty

I noticed that all the other usplash-theme packages suffer from the same problem, except usplash-theme-debian.

The usplash-theme-ubuntu package has been removed from Ubuntu. Closing all related bugs.
