Bug Description

The error 'Windows - Delayed Write Failed' message appears on microfilm02p.

This machine was abruptly turned off due to a power outage.

The computer has been rebooted but the issue still occurs.

It sounds like there may be some kind of hard drive failure due to the power outage. Try running chkdsk on the hard drive/s and see if anything comes up.
