Gerber export crashes pcb on second export

Bug Description

If you export to Gerber format once, then try to do it again in the same pcb session, pcb crashes with a segfault.

This bug exists in git HEAD at least as early as 2011-06-06T202152-0700 (git commit d30d31425fa318390e4632d5063e6bb655b01793). It still exists as of 2011-06-09 14:51:44 -0400 (git commit fce9e501a4bbfbed10c92b395296440169575955).

BTW, I'm on amd64 architecture, running Ubuntu 11.04.

Commit robot complained that the database is locked, so I am closing this manually.

Fixed by commit 6f9fa46f0fbd (Set file pointer to NULL after closing in gerber.c).
