Bug Description
In some folders no thumbnails are created. This may have to do with umlauts in the names of folders (like ä, ö).
When trying to have cover-thumbnailer create a thumb manually, the result is:
$ cover-thumbnailer ./Hörbuch/ out.png
E: [/usr/bin/

I think that PIL cannot "understand" the picture in the folder. What happens if you change the picture in the folder ?
