virsh save may fail under load on natty

This does not affect Oneiric or Maverick. It seems the combination of qemu and libvirt in natty causes this problem. Upstream bugs:

It appears that redhat had a fix to help with this in:

Finally, https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=678548#c7 gives the commit (in 0.9.0) to also fix this issue. I have not investigated this heavily, but discovered the issue when running test-libvirt.py in QRT. Since natty is released and not an LTS, I am not sure how worthwhile this is to fix. I have disabled the save/restore tests in QRT for natty for the time being.

natty has seen the end of its life and is no longer receiving any updates. Marking the natty task for this ticket as "Won't Fix".
