Causes dbus-python to break under Python 2.5

Bug Description

Pyrex generates code not entirely compatible with Python 2.5, resulting in somewhat confusing exceptions in dbus-python like the one shown here:

Fedora Rawhide has a patch which, according to J5, causes at least dbus-python to work again. It also makes Pyrex generate code compatible with the (changed) Python 2.5 ABI on 64-bit platforms, which can't hurt.

apparently this is fixed in 0.9.6.4 in hardy.
