Bug Description

Binary package hint: man-db

Installed GIMP on Natty. I have backports, proposed, gnome3 PPA, equinox PPA and team-orta PPA enabled.

Running GIMP after installing gives this error:

It appears that you are using GIMP for the first time. GIMP will now create a folder named '/home/ubuntu/.gimp-2.6' and copy some files to it.

Creating folder '/home/ubuntu/.gimp-2.6'...
Copying file '/home/ubuntu/.gimp-2.6/gtkrc' from '/etc/gimp/2.0/gtkrc'...
Could not open '/etc/gimp/2.0/gtkrc' for reading: No such file or directory

Terminal output:
