new upstream version 1.5.6

A new upstream version has been released for libjsw, with some useful fixes. This version has now been available for some time, and it would be nice to include it in Ubuntu, rather than the version currently distributed. A package has been prepared at http://revu.tauware.de/details.py?upid=4083 with the following additional changelog:

    - improved handling of JSClose (closes Ubuntu: #78059)
    - bugfix in JSInit()

  * Rewrote 10_compile_fixes.dpatch to match new compilation errors

  * Added 30_device_path.dpatch to use /dev/input/js* (closes Ubuntu: #60656)

Updated version in response to REVU comments available from http://revu.tauware.de/details.py?upid=4107. Differences to above include Standards Version, DH_COMPAT level, and recommending yelp in preference to mozilla.
