Bug Description
The disability module does not properly link to the person:
1) the disability form is not a child form of person.
2)there is no PHP class like PMORALG_

Disability as a module creates the drop down list. So it is not to be added to the view page. The reason why there is not a php class to add it and it is not a child form of person. It is only used as a field in demography
