Bug Description

My laptop boot pretty quickly with 10.10 and then I upgrade to 11.04 and it booted very slowly (around 1-2 minutes). I then tried a clean install to see if it would resolve the issue, but it still booted very slowly.

could you try to run bootchart and paste the generated .svg?

Hi,

Bootchart information would be useful:

sudo apt-get install bootchart
sudo apt-get install pybootchartgui

Restart your system.

Upload /var/log/bootchart/*.png files to this bug.

I am having this problem as well. The bootchart shows a lot of long activity involving various btrfs processes. See attachment.

I have the same problem as described above.

My "png" should be attached.

How do I turn of the boot recorder?

Thanks,
Tom

I just updated and the issue appears to be resolved. I'm attaching the new png from bootchart just in case it's useful to anyone.
