Bug Description

Cross hair update seems to have suffered since the last stable version. With my current fairly large project, the cross hair lags significantly behind the movements of the mouse. Sometimes, it does not reach the current position of the mouse cursor at all.

With PCB v20100929 the cross hair closely shadows every movement of the mouse. There is almost no noticible delay wiith the same set-up and hardware.

To reproduce:

1) start PCB from current git head with the layout attached to this report.

2) zoom out completely.

3) move the mouse cursor in fast circles

The cross hair lags substantially.

4) swiftly move the mouse cursor by a few centimeter centimeter on the screen. Then let it stay still.

More often, than not, the cross hair does not reach the mouse. Instead, it stops a few milimeters next to the mouse.
