Bug Description

Currently there is no easy non-registry way of backing up, or transferring settings between two Windows machines or between two machines running different operating systems. OS X, Linux and Windows all store the settings differently.

Although it is relatively easy to re-create most settings data, items like Display Tags for example are somewhat more time consuming to re-create if the user can even remember which ones existed. This example is where I just noticed the problem, after transferring the Custom database to my home PC and noticing the tags didn't exist.

Therefore an Import/Export settings option would be helpful.

Wouldn't it be best to use a file instead of the registry on windows as well? And why not use the same format on all systems and store the file in the data folder? Then a fully portable OpenLP version could also be created easier.
