We need to install libx11-freedesktop-desktopentry-perl package. Check dependencies.

My head need restart :-)
update-manager works from root, but does'nt work from non-root.

I try with or without the libx11-freedesktop-desktopentry-perl package, but no change. But it's good with sudo/root. I affect this bug to #79274, seems to be the same. Thanks :)
