Bug Description
I'm using ubuntu 6.10 in i386 distribution, i have all the modules necessaries to make dvconnect work.
Version 0.104-2
Dvconnect can read the data from the dv tapes. the problem is when the option -s or --send is used. It does not show any message just exits to the prompt. I have tried the same package in several computers and in all of them is the same behavior.

I have the same problem with dapper 2.6.15-28-386.
I was trying to using pipe a dvbackup output to dvconnect -s but it exits straight away.
