Launcher should be available to use on the right edge

Bug Description
This is not an issue that I have but it is a potential usability bug that has to be considered given the goal of 200 million ubuntu users in 4 years time.
When a left-handed person uses a touch-screen device, they hold the device with their right hand, using the left-hand to operate the software. Therefore, to avoid potential misclicks on the launcher and make it in general more intuitive, it should be possible to, at the very least, move the launcher to the right edge. This way the user hand would not be constantly hovering above it.
