Bug Description
Binary package hint: postgresql-common
I don't think the package manager was actually upgrading postgresql at the time, but it attempted to restart postgresql and couldn't due to an invalid setting of shmmax. I had installed postgresql before upgrading from Maverick, and this hasn't worked properly since the upgrade.
