Bug Description
The ids used to cleanup packagesets is wrong.
The packageset picker is still displayed when all parents are removed. Also, maybe because the clean up didn't work, if you add and remove one parent several times, the packageset picker is populated again, so you have the same items repeated as many times you add and remove the parent.
