nvidia-current don't work anymore with new kerel 2.6.38-10-generic #44-Ubuntu

Bug Description

Hello,

Today was a new update for the kernel : 2.6.38-10-generic #44-Ubuntu x86 64 and from that the nvidia-current driver and nvidia-setting don't work anymore. after trying réinstall the driver, it do waring that "install archives" failed.

I have tried to install the nvidia-current for Mavrick 260.19.06-0ubuntu1 and was successful installed but still problem with dependence for nvidia-setting 260.19.06-0ubuntu1.

I hope that will found a way to install it, because most video and graphic program don't can't run anymore without acceleration graphic.

Hi,

After the today update for "dkms", i was able to reinstall the nvidia-current and nvidia-setting.

Thanks very much for the quick fix.
