Xscreensaver lock box is having problem with special characters (display)

Bug Description

When the screen is locked, xscreensaver lock box displays a wrong set of characters (contrasena, or password in spanish, is displayed with wrong characters or gibberish). Seems to be a problem with special foreign characters...

This issue is known on 5.12 and should be fixed in 5.13 (see comments around line 1405 in on xscreensaver-5.14/driver/xscreensaver.c)
