Bug Description

Binary package hint: tzdata

my original intent was to play fast & furious dvd movie but did not play cause it needed the right codec. I download the Ubuntu Restricted extras and it failed to load. I am using the Ubuntu 11.04 distro, or appreciate it if you can tell me how to get the right material to play dvd movies. thank you. I am a new linux user.
