partial upgrade leaves no desktop toolbars

Nautilus must have read your logs wrong and got confused and did not launch correctly!

This doesn't seem to have anything to do with Nautilus. Can you please confirm whether this is still happening for you? Also, if you try logging in with classic desktop, does that work okay?
