file name too long error on copy should give option to rename

Bug Description

Binary package hint: nautilus

While trying to move files to file-name encrypted file systems, nautilus gives error "file name too long"

This would be improved by offering the user the chance to rename the file at destination. I'd rather not have the 256 char limit...
