hot-babe under compiz burns 100% of a core in Xserver and compiz

Bug Description

Running hot-babe 0.2.2-3medibuntu8 by typing "hot-babe&" to a shell, results in a nearly naked babe because hot-babe itself burns a large fraction of the CPU. She's down to bare breasts with flickering bra, and "top" shows Xorg at 77% CPU and compiz at 28% cpu. When I stop hot-babe (by pressing the right-hand mouse button over her) the load goes down to normal.

I'm running Ubuntu 11.04 Natty on i386, using Gnome window system (uh, I mean "Ubuntu Classic", I mean "not that half-debugged Unity thing"). I'm on a two-core AMD64 CPU (which is why the %'s add up to more than 100%).

Hi,

You can solve the problem by changing the refresh delay with something like 'hot-babe -d 100'. This can also set this in the config file (see man 1 hot-babe).

Changed in medibuntu:
status: New → Invalid

hot-babe -d 100 did not solve the problem for me, but hot-babe -d 1000 did or even better hot-babe -i.
