Bug Description

Rear connector works, front headphones do not. They used to work on 10.10, stopped when upgrading to 11.04. I tried fiddling with alsamixer and audio preferences, nothing

Same problem here, managed to make it kind of work (front plug) by:
1) i ran alsamixer and turn "Independent HP" [OFF]
and turned everything up
2) in gnome volume control, i selected "analog output"

Headphones work but not as they used to work in maverick if i select "analog headphones" in gnome volume control they just go quiet...
