Bug Description
Binary package hint: xkeyboard-config
The multimedia keys on my keyboarded worked out of the box with the exception of the "stop" key. Instead of stopping playback it decreases the volume (just like the "lower volume" key).
The output from lsusb for the keyboard is:
Bus 003 Device 003: ID 0603:00f2 Novatek Microelectronics Corp.
Please let me know how I can provide additional information.
Thanks,
David

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.
Can you verify the keycodes sent by each affected key?
Login to a tty console, by using Ctrl+Alt+F1 for example, then run showkey and press each key and note the keycodes sent.
