nmb, thank you for reporting this bug and helping make Ubuntu better. There are at least 3 things wrong with the attached file:
1) cell content is shifted upward into other cells with table cells being deleted (this bug will focus on this),
2) table is resized,
3) table is shifted down into the page, with cells disappearing into it.
It is helpful to have one issue per bug. Hence, feel free to create separate bugs for the other two, and subscribe me to it.
