List of team admins is to long, and populated with unrelated accounts

When editing team details the list of Team Admins (and Team Contact) is very long, and populated with users I have no idea who are. The optimal solution would be if it was just the list of team members that one could choose from.

You should see at the top a list of team members, and then below it, a list of non-team members. This is a design feature and not a design flaw.

It may be a design feature but I'd have to agree it's not nice and very confusing to people to see.

I don't. I see 5 members of the team, and then a long list of non-members. I don't have all the 49 members of the team to choose from.

I had a suspicion on what's going on and had a chat with Søren about this.

What's happening is that we have people in loco directory of people who've ever signed into loco.ubuntu.com. There might be members in the team in Launchpad who've not signed in to loco.ubuntu.com and we don't have a record of them.

Importing this data from Launchpad would help us fix this problem, but on the other hand, that is a lot of data to import. Whether this is required per se is to be decided. And if yes, then the function written to import data every few weeks.

For now, why don't we limit the list of potential admins and team contacts to people who are team members. This list would also, do to current limitation, only show members of the team who have previously logged into LTP.
