Profile photos should not show up in search results

Bug Description
When doing a search for "everitt", search results currently (pre-pgtextindex) puts the first match as the photo attached to my profile. branch5 (pgtextindex + DocRank) shows it, just in the 4th result.
Such photos need to be indexed (so image drawer can find them). But they probably shouldn't be showing up in LiveSearch or search results. The profile, also in the results a couple of slots down, is more meaningful.
