Untitled window bar on session restore

Binary package hint: compiz

When applications are restored after login to a session, only title bar are displayed (no title, no viewport of the main window)

TEST CASE
1. Login
2. Start some applications (e.g gnome-terminal, firefox)
3. Restart the system without closing the applications
4. Let the system restart and login again

Result:
Untitled window bar without the main viewport of the window are displayed on the desktop (see screenshot)

The bars correspond to running applications and killing them removes the bars.
