openstack api has problem to work with certain project

Bug Description
If user is admin or just has several project in database and uses openstack api, there is no way to use certain project you want, because project id coded like that:
accounts = self.auth.
...
account = accounts[0]
UPD:
Changed related branch.
I leave support for old style working without project id header, bun I'm not sure it will be needed.
