I am loosing window borders with no apparent reason.
But I noticed it always occurred when I was a java software opened. In case the IntelliJ IDEA.

Looks like this is a duplicate of #777249, in another duplicate 778075, some people had luck running gtk-window- decorator --replace to get the borders back.
