I added the LP-PPA-xorg-edgers source to install video drivers. The upgrade prompted this error.

This may indicate that
* the remote server is using an older version of the command protocol,
* this host is not authorized to connect,
* the clocks are not synchronized, or
* the key is invalid.

I am running GAdmin-Bind (which was running at the time of the upgrade)
but have not installed a bind server anywhere else.
