Bug Description
To reproduce:
- Open a window that contains an angle spin box control, such as the new Find window, the Location window, or the "Slew to coordiantes" window.
- When the focus is on the spin box, start incrementing it with the up arrow.
- If the focus has been left to the default, supposedly to the first group of digits (hours/degrees), when they reach 10 it will jump to the last group of digits (seconds) on the next increment and start incrementing that.
