Bug Description

Binary package hint: debarchiver

Ubuntu 11.04 server amd64

debarchiver:
  Installed: 0.9.6
  Candidate: 0.9.6
  Version table:
 *** 0.9.6 0
        500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ natty/universe amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

I've uploaded manually mypkg mypkg_010511_amd64_amd64.build, mypkg_010511_amd64.changes and mypkg_010511_amd64.deb to /var/lib/debarchiver/incoming/stable
with the default /etc/devarchiver.conf I've run debarchiver -so --dl 6
At the end I see:
Debug: Mail will be sent to .
Debug: Mail Success.
Debug: Sending mail ...
Warning: No recipient to send mail to.
Error: No mail sent due to missing parameters
Debug: Making REJECT directory.
Debug: Mail will be sent to .
Debug: Mail Reject.
Debug: Sending mail ...
Warning: No recipient to send mail to.
Error: No mail sent due to missing parameters
Message: Remove lockfile /var/lib/debarchiver/incoming/debarchiver.lock.
Debug: CMD: rm /var/lib/debarchiver/incoming/debarchiver.lock
Debug: Remove lockfile /var/lib/debarchiver/incoming/debarchiver.lock.

Although it failed to send the email, it looks like it finish all the execution but it didn't.
The package is copied and installed but the Packages file is empty.

1. By default it shouldn't send an email because /etc/debarchiver.conf says: "...Default is to mail no one..."
2. It should finish execution and edit the Packages file or print a clear message saying that it didn't complete everything.

Maybe it's better to check for config problems before trying to execute the script.

Thanks
