Window does not focus properly when changing

Bug Description
When I close Rhythmbox to the sound menu it closes when I open it from the sound menu it is out of focus and there is a gap right where the window border is I have to click on the global menu to get it to come to it's regular way. It does this every time open and close it to the sound menu. I have screen shot of how it looks when out of focus and how it looks when you click it into focus.
