Update manager couldn't find the repository source

Bug Description

I upgrade my Ubuntu 11.04 to Linux Mint, and after the installation finished, i found the update manager showed an error, and this is the error message:
E: Malformed line 1 in source list /etc/apt/sources.list.d/local-repository.list (dist parse)
E: The list of sources could not be read.
Go to the repository dialog to correct the problem.
E: _cache->open() failed, please report.

I use x64 Linux Mint "Katya".

I also had the same problem when I upgraded from Unbuntu 10.4 to linux mint. I use Katya 32x
