Remove Help

There is a "Help" link on some pages, that opens a windows help-like window that contains a tree of help topics and some help, basically describing what you can do on that page. No one is updating this help, documentation is published to http://book.schooltool.org instead. With the upcoming timetables and interface rewrite it might become obsolete.

So Help should be removed from the application.
