problems with accented characters on rate5loved

I believe mergeplays.py has the same issue, i couldn't wait until it finished. It's not filling the rate for these songs and is returning the below warnings:
            rate5loved.py:55: UnicodeWarning: Unicode equal comparison failed to convert both arguments to Unicode - interpreting them as being unequal

            rate5loved.py:58: UnicodeWarning: Unicode equal comparison failed to convert both arguments to Unicode - interpreting them as being unequal
