Bug Description
I try to push my working copy into MyProject/ru/trunk. And after some time during this process I see error:
"Run command: bzr push --remember
Using saved push location: https:/
bzr: ERROR: A Subversion remote access command failed: Server sent unexpected return value (401 Authorization Required) in response to PROPFIND request for 'MyProject/
I really don't have any access to any branches of this project. And only have access to trunk.
And now I can't do push with bzr. I think if bzr needs to scan all project directories it shouldn't raise fatal error if some dir, that isn't needed for write access, is inaccessible.

You might be able to workaround this with a custom branching layout. Jelmer would know more.
