Bug Description

I noticed because I can no more open Tomboy Note, I tried to reinstall it and come out that ERROR 9 notice. Meanwhile I cannot either open System→Preferences→Main Menu, and at login appear a "cannot update ICE autority" notice, for other the system is working well. I think there are connection with some Gnome fault or bug in update of multilanguages config. And this is all I can think or understand.
Thanks
