What Happened:
I have Empathy set to startup when I login, by running the command 'empathy -h'. However when unity starts I can see the border of the Empathy window. Then if I click anywhere on the desktop this disappears. (I have attached a screenshot showing this issue). This issue is happens ever single time I login, however the amount of border showing can change each time and the location of the window changes.
What I expected to happen:
I expected for Empathy to start up normally and for there to be no trace of the window.
Hope this bug can be fixed soon.
Andy

Seems like Nautilus doesn't repaint the wallpaper properly after Compiz starts up. I'm not very sure about this, though.
