Non-developers should see "My Games" and "My Teams"

Bug Description
Currently, only admins and users with role DEVELOPER can see these links. Since we have deprecated the DEVELOPER role (bug #786842), our developers are actually GUESTS and can't see these links.
This is basically the last serious navigation blocker for normal users (preventing them from getting around the site freely). Let all users see it, and make sure it works.
Note that non-developers probably shouldn't see these links, but for now that doesn't really matter (better that all users can see it than none). That can only be solved after addressing bug #786842.
