Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping to make Ubuntu better. Examining the information you have given us, this does not appear to be a bug report so we are closing it and converting it to a question in the support tracker. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but it would make more sense to raise problems you are having in the support tracker at https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu if you are uncertain if they are bugs. Thanks a lot for reporting this bug. Unfortunately, we need a little
more information about your problem before we can fully diagnose the issue.

First, can you please confirm that you have Flash installed? I know this
sounds like a silly question, but it's been my experience that most
problems are caused by the smallest of issues. If you don't have it
installed, then you can get it from the Software Centre.

If you have Flash installed, did you get it from the Ubuntu Software
Centre or from Adobe's website?

Can you please confirm if you installed Firefox from the Ubuntu Software
Centre, or if you got if from elsewhere, such as the Firefox homepage?
It's advisable to get both Firefox and Flash from the Software Centre,
since they have been tested with Ubuntu before being placed there and
you are less likely to encounter problems with them.

If you have are using Flash and Firefox, installed from the Software
Centre, then there are a few more questions we need you to answer.

Are you attempting to view Flash content that is embedded in websites,
such a Youtube, or are you trying to view offline files?

If you are trying to view online content, can you please provide links
to the websites where you are experiencing the problems. If you are
viewing offline files, can you please place them in a tar.gz file using
Ubuntu's archive manager and upload them to this report as an attachment
so we use to to attempt to reproduce this bug?

What exactly happens when you attempt to view Flash content? Can you
please provide step-by-step instructions, including as much detail as
possible, that we can follow to reproduce this bug? Can you please also
provide screenshots that illustrate what you see when you attempt to
view Flash content?
