Similar unhelpful exception from gnomekeyring as in bug 554102 but this comes through the launchpad plugin not bzr-gtk so different issue. It's not clear from that report what change was applied, but perhaps the same approach could be used to fix this.

This is indeed a dupe of an existing bug in python-launchpadlib - I
don't have access to Launchpad at the moment, but it should be trivial
to find.
