Bug Description
The admin devteams page has text boxes for editing fullnames, but they don't seem to do anything.
Just use labels, and let the devteam edit page do its thing.

My mistake -- there is an Edit button (those are quite unintuitive). Still, I don't see a need to edit them on this page.
