Bug Description
For an online platform hosting third-party content, we probably need a terms of service document and/or privacy policy. As it will not be hosted by the University of Melbourne, I don't think the university's policies are in effect here.
Specific things to include are:
- The user retains the copyright on all works uploaded, but you grant The University of Melbourne a non-exclusive right to serve the content to the public.
- The University of Melbourne will not disclose your email address, Google ID or login credentials to third parties. However, your username will default to your email address, and should be changed if you want your email address to remain private.
- The University of Melbourne makes no guarantee about the availability of the service or the storage of user data.

- The user must not upload any illegal or offensive <define offensive> material.
- The user must not upload any copyrighted material that the user did not create, without permission from the copyright holder.
