ubuntu oneiric 2011525 daily-live image boots into blue screen

i downloaded the 32 bit ubuntu oneiric daily-live image from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/ and when i try to boot into the live desktop i get a blue screen like the kubuntu color blue

Not a CD image build system bug, so moving over to the Ubuntu xorg package as a first guess.

Though I should point out that if the very first Oneiric image we managed to build worked at all, it would be astonishing! It's probably better to wait until we've had a chance to experiment with it a bit within the development team ...

The blue screen you're seeing is the nautilus background. The current image is broken because ubiquity-dm crashes, metacity crashes and compiz as well if your hardware supports 3D. It seems to be fixed today with the update of libgdk-pixbuf and librsvg2.
