Linux Mint 11 (stable) no NTP server to set which atomic clock to use

Bug Description

Within Control Centre there was a GUI to adjust the time and, more importantly to select an NTP server for network time correction. The time adjustment through the clock on the system tray hasn't the link to this facility any more either.
