The --force option to bzr remove is deprecated, use --no-backup instead.

I have returned this bug to the in progress state because the --force option is still mentioned in the code, even if it's unused. Let's just pull it out completely.

I am marking the issue in bzr-eclipse as Fix committed as bzr-eclipse no longer uses the deprecated option. bzr-java-lib issue to be fixed.
