Bug Description

It is about the problem described in this Blueprint:
GNOME 3 comes with the new System Settings environment and in there is a new printer setup tool written from scratch. This does not contain all the 10 years of experience of Tim Waugh and me to work around shortcomings of CUPS and printer drivers to make printer setup easy, and also not the automatic download of drivers via OpenPrinting. To avoid getting all the bug reports again about things which got fixed in system-
Best would be to solve bug 787694, but if this gets too complicated we should fix this bug which is option #1 of the Blueprint.
